Have a great Thanksgiving!
I have so much to be thankful for, not the least of which is not hosting dinner.
Last year I made cranberry sorbet. It's colorful.
These chestnuts went into the stuffing, but I don't stuff the bird with the stuffing.
The bird does get stuffed with a butter and herb mix under the skin (and on top). We are not shy about the herbs in our kitchen.
