Eric's Summer Snacks offers a diverse product line at various price points. The strategy, although not verified by ESS, is to appeal to a cross-generational market willing to pay a premium for convenience. Eric's Summer Snacks pricing structure should yield a handsome gross margin. Even with competitive salary packages for the excellent Sales and Marketing team, net income should be attractive. Of course being privately held, these assumptions could not be verified. We did observe brisk sales and ESS took on another sales associate, Mei, shortly after opening. Demand for Eric's Summer Snacks remained high and by 3:30 pm completely sold out.
Either that or everyone went off to their respective practice sessions.
