A Very Good Morning

The sun and the fates are shining this lovely Saturday morning. While writing this post, a beautiful cardinal landed on the deck post. My camera was at hand. I shot this from inside the kitchen.

I'll say this about snow, it sure makes the cardinals stand out.

The snow on the roof will be gone by day's end. The maple buds are starting to swell. The sky is a gorgeous blue.

Pumpkin was shorn of her scraggly winter locks. It won't be long till she is gamboling about sans polar fleece jacket.

I'm napping here, stop with the camera.

Real garden catalogs arrive in our real mail box.

Hellebore. Earliest (per the experts at White Flower Farm) to bloom perennial. Likes shade which I have plenty of.
Hellebore (hell a bore?) what a name for a beautiful plant.

My hibiscus is in a growth spurt. She blossomed.

Not a day goes by now without a new product launch.

Bungalow 5's new Chinois Chippendale chair. How great would this chair look in a blue foyer?

Daylight Savings Time returns tomorrow morning. The Vernal Equinox is a short 12 days away. Light and life returns.

It is Spring.

Have a lovely weekend.

Thanks for reading,
Linda Pakravan
